We continue to have outstanding service at Opticalm. Karen is very knowledgeable and supportive and helped our daughter find the perfect tint to mitigate symptoms from light sensitivity and visual strain. From beginning to end, we continue to receive communication in a very timely manner and answers to any and all questions with confidence. The tinted lenses were delivered on time and have made a HUGE difference in our daughter's daily life; she is now ready to work with a lighter tint for some situations, so we have ordered another pair. In addition to the tinted lenses, Karen had a few other very effective strategies that have also helped so much! Thank you Opticalm!

Great, very nice people working there, they'll answer & explain any questions you have. I went and we worked out I could indeed benefit from colour tinted glasses and it's genuinely like night and day. Helps with my migranes so much I don't like leaving the house without them. It's not for everyone so they go through a screening process first to determine if their lenses would benefit you before you buy them which is all regulated, they're there to help you after all.

Karen helped me with a trial for Enchroma glasses. She was very easy to contact and responded to all my questions quickly. When my first set of glasses weren't making a difference, she met with me to swap them for a different pair. There was no pressure to buy. I really felt like Karen was genuinely concerned about making sure I was happy.
