[English below] I contacted Orthomedic to get information about custom orthopedic shoes, but the receptionist was unhelpful. She told me I had to come in person and couldn't give me any details over the phone. This is the only place I've dealt with that was unable to share basic information. She also mentioned that the shoes are made by an external company but refused to say which one. This lack of transparency is concerning and makes me doubt that the custom shoes are actually made by qualified specialists. They are incredibly kind and competent. They even helped me park during the big snowstorm. They were patient and waited for me despite my lateness. My orthotics were covered by RAMQ. Everything was custom-made, molded to me with a special plastic that became malleable after being soaked in hot water. The process was very comfortable.
