Exceptional, attentive in-store service! They put in a herculean effort to carefully manoeuver a massive massage chair through a tight Centretown Victorian House, taking care to not damage the stairs, walls and ceiling. When the attic stairs stalled progress, they safely staged it on the second floor (ensuring bathroom and deck access) gifted a premium humidifier for the delay, and returned to disassemble and perfectly reassemble it in our third-floor yoga studio. Complete satisfaction!

We recently purchased our new BodyFriend chair from Joe, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience! From start to finish, Joe provided beyond exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The delivery and setup with Joe and Steve were absolutely outstanding — friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. As for the chair itself… WOW. I have never experienced a massage chair this unbelievable before. The comfort, relaxation, and overall quality are truly next level. It feels luxurious, therapeutic, and incredibly beneficial for both relaxation and overall health and wellness. Every feature is impressive, and it honestly exceeds all expectations. This is hands down one of the best purchases we have ever made, and I would recommend a BodyFriend chair to absolutely everyone.
