Sam put in a used stairlift for my dad (quite pricey at $5500) A few weeks later the toggle switch went and it literally took months and months of me bugging them to replace as it was still under warranty After it was finally fixed guess what?Its broke again.Would never ever use them again They are all sunshine and rainbows when they are selling it to you but when a problem occurs they are Casper The Ghost

Sam from Pacific got two people to service our Savaria lift. The work went well and we paid $1500 which was fair. We got pretty much got the whole wiring redone so all good. All the recommendations given to us were accepted. I sent a video right after the work done that there seemed to be a glitch since it won’t go up and down right away. But it was working so we both left it at that. It completely stopped working 8 months later. I called Sam and he said pricing was $250/hr with 2 hr minimum. So thats another $500 on a follow-up from last service. I decided to take a look myself and found the screws were stripped, so I couldn’t even open it. I sent Sam pictures of it and they will charge us more for that… so we are looking at $1500 for a temporary fix initially and $500+ for more temporary follow-ups. They are in it for the money and don’t care about fixing it right and properly the first time. An elevator should not be costing $500/year to maintain. Complete rip off.

Thank you for the amazing work completed at my parents home. Both parents have mobility issues, and this gives them the ease and freedom to go up and down the stairs as they please. They are thrilled with the install, and I am equally as thrilled that we no longer need to worry about them living in a house that has a steep stairway. Amazing work!
