I don’t use it as my pharmacy since I didn’t like the way they served you at the medicine section in the past (not sure it changed) but in the rest of the pharmacy they don’t have a variety of products. Ex if you want to buy nail polish remover there’s only one kind. No choice. With most products. And since they expanded the parfum section they often send you there and prices are over the moon. Once I asked for a hand cream in small format that they didn’t have in the regular section (of course) and they sent me to the “parfum section” for a French brand, 60$ for a small hand cream..noway. And you always feel like you’re stealing because the security guard watches you and follows you like an awk. I guess the kids of the nearby school steal lots of products..

The pharmacy, postal office, and cashiers have always been helpful and kind. My concern is that the security guards, and the most recent one, make me feel uncomfortable. I understand they have an important job but on my most recent visit I felt watched and uncomfortable throughout my time in the store, so I rushed to leave (and I ended up buying the wrong thing, cz I was in a rush...). I could actually still see him staring through the window after leaving as I was outside and walking away, ...Felt intimidating and unnecessary.

The store is fine. The pharmacy is terrible. They need to hire qualified clerks. Every time I call for meds it's a struggle, they can't find my prescription, make me repeat several times, and in person they are just not friendly. It's a convenient location when living in Outremont, but it's just a bad experience dealing with the pharmacy. I would avoid if possible.
