Not the first time I have witnessed this and probably won't be the last I see this from this company. Very unprofessional. Two members speaking their first language while beside their client, while ignoring their client. When this happens the clients are left with a concern they are talking about them, especially the elderly. Stretchers left at the maximum height with client on stretcher and client left unattended, for safety should never happen. At full height stretchers can tip easily. The service is NOT an ambulance service and staff are NOT paramedics, they need to stop presenting themselves as Paramedics and an ambulance service. They park in spaces for emergency vehicles. The majority of their vehicles are rusted, looks like they would barely pass a safety. Their equipment is old. Crew members need to practice personal hygiene, both had a strong body odor smell to them.

It was a nightmare being transported by priority patient transfer. First of all, they did not check your condition if you are post op patient & what kind. They are more focus on DNR. They were rough in transferring me from bed to stretcher without using transfer board for easy transfer.I was so sore because it was my first day post op.

I do not recommend using this service. I quit my job here because the company doesn't care for patient or staff safety and wellbeing. The medical neglect shown by PPTS is astonishing. The ambulances were often in disrepair. They often did not provide the resources and equipment for us to do our job properly if anything were to happen on route. Doors not working, staff not cleaning between patients, ripped seats in front and back, multiple warning lights and error codes on the dash yet management claimed it's not an issue (I think the vehicle telling me there is a problem with the brakes and airbags is definitely an issue), the stretchers often had problems, sometimes, there wasn't even a stretcher in the vehicle, and management commits wage theft and fraud. I recommend using any OTHER service
