  As a professional installer, I have assembled a couple of Relaxcare products now, and they are excellent. The engineering is highly intuitive, making the entire assembly process flawless and straightforward. Most importantly, the final product looked fantastic, and the client was happy. I highly recommend their products.

  Best service hands down, amazing from start to finish, my massage chair and sauna are absolutely incredible and I use them both daily! They listened to my needs and weren’t pushy. They got me in the right chair and sauna for a great price. They ask for you needs and meet them! I got the White Glove service and the team that came were courteous and polite, the install from start to finish was all time class. Smooth and careful from start to finish! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

  Update: 3 stars to 5 stars The same day I posted this, Jason reached out to apologize. He spoke with my wife and made things right for us. It says a lot when a business recognizes that it hasn’t met the standards it aims for and takes steps to correct it. For anyone who may have concerns, it’s clear that Jason cares about his business and values his customers. Given that Relaxacare offers some of the best pricing along with good product quality, it’s hard to beat. I would still recommend paying extra for professional installation if you’re purchasing a larger sauna, which Relaxacare does offer. We purchased a 6-person traditional sauna in July 2025, and overall the sauna itself is great. However, there are a few issues that prevent this from being a 5-star review: delivery time, installation, and missing parts. Delivery Time: We purchased a pre-order and were told it would take longer than usual. The website mentions delivery taking more than 20 days, but in reality, we didn’t receive the sauna until the first week of January 2026—nearly six months later. While we understood there would be a delay, I don’t think the sales timeline was fully transparent about how long the wait would actually be. Installation: The quality of the sauna is good, but for anyone ordering a larger unit like the 6-person model, I would strongly recommend paying for professional installation. The glass wall panels are extremely heavy (likely over 300 lbs). The instructions suggest two people (maybe three), but even with help, getting the panels into the house was a serious challenge. Missing Parts: Our sauna was supposed to include a cedar bucket, scoop, sand timer, and thermostat—none of which were included. We emailed Relaxacare and were told they would look into it, but we didn’t hear back. After following up, we were again told they were “still looking into it.” It has now been almost three weeks since our first email, and we still haven’t received a resolution. At this point, I’m assuming we won’t be receiving these items and will likely have to purchase them locally.
