  Price for garbage bags 22.99. When I start pay that’s charging 36.75. They told me it is different numbers of products. But all this product stay under that price. I didn’t see some other prices. I will never buy something in rona.

  I didn't want to, but I'm forced to say this because I've never complained about any business before. But today I have to speak out about Rona+ at the McKenzie location because of the attitude and handling of a manager whose name I don't know. He's a bit older and wears reading glasses. Perhaps he saw me as an Asian immigrant, so there seems to be some kind of discrimination or something, and his way of speaking to me was disrespectful from the start. The thing is, I bought a can of Sico solid stain paint a few days ago, and today I stirred it before painting, but the more I stirred, the more air bubbles appeared. I let it sit for an hour, and the bubbles still hadn't subsided. I thought it was okay, so I went ahead and painted. After it dried, I checked and found that my painted wall had many air bubbles. Then I took it back to the store to ask their staff why it was like that, and they called the manager to check. I told them to open the paint can and showed them the many air bubbles. The manager said he didn't know why and that they weren't responsible for the problem and wouldn't issue a refund. I didn't ask for a refund; I just asked why it was like that, if there was a way to fix it, or if they would switch me to a different supplier so I wouldn't have this problem after painting. But the manager was annoyed and spoke to customers in an unacceptable tone, so I couldn't stay calm. He then spoke to me more gently, but he didn't solve anything, especially considering he was the manager of such a large business. I will never go back to this place again, and I advise everyone to stay away from this store because I've seen many negative reviews about them. was one of those victims

  I’ve always been a regular Rona customer (buying stuff of the shelf) and never had any complaints, but my experience today at the McKenzie location was on another level. I went in to look at composite decking samples and was lucky enough to meet Mohamed Salih. Mohamed is exceptional. He wasn't pushy at all; instead, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the materials and the actual construction process. He went above and beyond by giving us creative ideas for our deck design and helped us figure out how to build it for the best price possible. It’s rare to find that level of genuine expertise and helpfulness. Because of Mohamed, Rona has gained a loyal customer for life. If you’re planning a project, go see him!
