Saw a product I liked, Laura and her staff were able to locate it and put it aside for me. Found it very helpful! It was a sales floor model which I purchased, when I brought it home, the product had hidden damage unbeknownst to the staff and myself. I contacted the store to seek assistance; Patrick the manager on shift and I discussed options over the phone since I lived over 32km away (it would have been 64km if I had gone for a full refund) and in this economy; the gas is expensive. SO We found a solution to solve the issue over the phone. I worked with Patrick to crunch numbers and to make it work for both parties and we came to a conclusion for me to accept a partial refund as I liked the product very much (to repair it was still possible.) I was then handed over to Liz (who was managing the refund) she did so promptly & in an enthusiastic way over the phone! I was pleased I’ll won’t always be able to come as they’re not my home store; so I had to put this review out in the world so that others come and experience their fantastic service.

Has everything you need. Better organized now (2026) Easy parking out front. Garden center. Appliances. Contractor Hardware counter. Now also carries durable work clothing. In and out in 15 minutes.

Scam alert! I purchased a laundry center for my property from RONA because they offer "hook-up" service. However, the delivery driver only hauled away the old appliance and left my tenant with the new laundry center without hooking it up. I called customer service and the store; they promised that someone would come back on a certain date to complete the service, but no one showed up. This cost me an extra $180 to get another technician to hook up the laundry center. If you are thinking of buying an appliance from RONA simply because of the hook-up service, you are better off taking your business elsewhere and getting a technician to install the appliance for you. By the way all the required accessories for the service was purchased as introduced by the store before delivery. I am highly disappointed. Attached is a screenshot from their website today, still showing hookup service included. The second picture shows how the laundry center was left in the unit.
