Be careful. There is a creepy bald white dude following people around in the store, I was with my wife and my daughter which made it even more scary. At checkout I mentioned this to a store clerk and she told me that he works there!. He never approached us asking if we needed help or something, very strange if you ask me. I was going to ask for my money back but I really needed that drill and those bits today. Not going back again.

Barry at RONA is an absolute paint legend. We went in for front door paint and somehow left with the perfect colour, expert advice, and his autograph — which honestly should be hanging beside the paint swatches. He guided us through the process like a man who has stared into the soul of every shade of mustard, teal, and “is this too bold for a rental?” and lived to tell the tale. The paint is going on my front door, which I fully understand I will have to repaint when I move out, but thanks to Barry, it will be worth every future regret. Five stars for the paint. Five stars for the service. Ten stars for Barry’s celebrity energy. RONA better protect this man at all costs.

I had such a great experience with Scott at RONA. He truly went above and beyond to help me, and it did not go unnoticed. From the moment I asked for assistance, Scott was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that extra time and pride in their work, but Scott absolutely does. His customer service is top-notch, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
