Since Royal took over Calea for the delivery of my life support the service has gone downhill. There is no communication, my medication often doesn’t arrive and trying to contact them for information is futile. I feel full of anxiety being dependent on this company to deliver the medication I require for survival. It’s terrifying. I have submitted comments to the website and no response. I don’t know what to do at this point.

I would rate this pharmacy a 0 star if that were an option. On the first occasion, they were to deliver my iron in the afternoon in order for me to receive my infusion the following morning. They didn’t show up until nearly midnight. On the second occasion, they never showed up and were unreachable, therefore, my infusion had to be rescheduled. On the third occasion, they were to deliver between 5pm and 9pm in order for me to receive my infusion the following morning. Once again, they did not show up. I wish other pharmacies offered this medication, so that I never had to deal with this establishment again. If you can go elsewhere, I highly recommend it.

The delivery person claimed that they couldn't bring my wound-care supplies to my apartment door because of the packing. He basically threw the box at me when I opened my door. If your delivery people don't know how to be ethical, caring or civilized, you shouldn't have hired them.
