Lost a Sale Due to Rude Customer Service We visited Royal Furniture ready to make a purchase, but the experience was ruined by one of the older staff members at the shop. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping us, he spoke in a disrespectful tone and acted as if our questions were a bother. Good customer service should make customers feel welcome and valued — unfortunately, we felt the opposite. We were prepared to buy, but because of this experience, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. No customer should be treated this way. Royal Furniture needs to seriously improve staff attitude and customer service if they don’t want to keep losing customers.

Worst customer service. Uncle who was sitting in front was the worst person. Doesnt even know how to talk to customers. We are not going to buy anything and not letting our friends buy from them . Our plan was to buy full furniture sets for 2 brand new houses. We opened a sofa bed to check it and he came to us and said rudely that are you going to leave it opened, like how are we supposed to check ??? He was rude throughout. You are the worst uncle, no one is going to come to your store with this attitude

Royal Furniture is truly the best furniture store out there. After visiting many shops in Winnipeg, they were the only ones that went above and beyond my expectations. From customizing my bed and couches to helping me choose the perfect dining set, everything was done with so much care and quality. The team made the whole process easy and enjoyable, helping me with colours, styles, and budget — and the prices were surprisingly affordable for such great quality. Thank you so much to Prabh for the lovely gifts as well. Delivery was fast, installation was free and stress-free, and even after the purchase, their support has been amazing. I 100% recommend Royal Furniture.
