The products are nice and my sales person appeared to be knowledgeable about them. The problem lies with the complete disorganization of their ordering system, inability to access information and the lack of communication between staff members. This results in false information given concerning delivery dates and availability of products. Also, when you walk into the store, you can wait for 10 minutes before anybody either notices you or cares enough to ask you if you need any help. It’s like everyone is doing their jobs but doesn’t really want to be there. And then there’s this weird upstairs part where you’re not sure if that’s just for employees or part of the showroom for customers where you hear chatting and you wanna scream “I’m here downstairs help help help help me”. This has been my experience after entering the store on three occasions. Oh and what’s with the mini car inside the showroom? I don’t get it. I was left with an overall impression of. “ how does this place survive in the West Island?”

Great store and had everything we needed for our bathroom remodel. My contractor recommended to see Rubino and he was such a pleasure and knowledgeable. He’s also the owner. We purchased Aquabrass shower and freestanding faucets at reasonable prices. This store sells everything plumbing related so it’s a good place to visit for high quality materials. Rubino also let us know that they organize an annual fundraiser for kids every summer. It’s in the parking lot with beautiful high end cars! We’ll be sure to visit for a good cause.

We bought two bathroom vanities and a kitchen sink from Splash. The quality of the vanities is incredible and we love our sink! We were so discouraged with all the badly made vanity options in other stores until we found the options available at Splash. Customizable, sturdy, and gorgeous options. The customer service was beyond reproach and Amanda went above and beyond to help us. Don't hesitate to go see her, she won't steer you wrong!
