Do not recommend. They are affiliated with groupe vigilance in Gatineau. You cant get a hold of anyone. I got a reply when I stopped paying. Its a huge scam. Youre better off buying your own system. They dont respond to emails or messages. When they do, they make excuses and just blame each other. Groupe vigilance just sell and collect and securitas tech. Just ignores you completely. I had a power outage and the back up battery only lasted 2 hours. Bunch of error messages. Tried to call and email the companies but Noone answered for almost 2 weeks. Now after 2 months (after I didnt pay) they start asking well how is the system now? After I rectified the system on my end. Why am I paying a monthly fee for a system that im maintaining on my own? LOL. Scam!!! Go buy your own cameras on Amazon, skip the fees and horrible client service. Save yourself the headache.
