I cancelled my monitoring services and asked if I had a outstanding bill. I was told yes. I asked to please send me a invoice so I can pay this amount. I was not sent a invoice, instead it was sent to collections. I am unable to pay a bill if I have never received one. I double checked my email and my junk folders and I did not receive a invoice nor was I given a chance to pay before being sent to collections. 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible, the reps are rude and unwilling to help. I've happily moved my business elsewhere!
