Shift Accessibility staff were very thorough, courteous and helpful. The initial visit to discuss our project was very thorough and helpful. All our questions and requests were received with no pushback,and since our kitchen has very recently been renovated there was a very clear understanding that we felt only the necessary adjustments were needed. This desire was respected and appreciated. The actual installation required coordination of the various trades, which was done with communication via CoConstruct for messaging. The craftsman who installed and adjusted as per our requests was very professional and done with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend this company and we appreciated the post renovation visit by the owner and salesman! Also the gift basket was a nice touch!

As we all know, home renovations can be a real pain. My husband and I have experienced these over and over. We have been left with new problems, and the original problems have not been taken care of. And yes, you still have to pay the bill. With Shift (Vulcan) doing your renovation you can totally relax. First, Joe comes to your home and together you come up with a reno plan. He has many options for you to choose from. You pick out what you want and Joe orders it. Next, Mark and very skilled renovators arrive. Mark keeps everything running smoothly. He brings supplies in as needed and arranges for workers to arrive when needed (electrician, plumbers, etc). Stephan and Vlad worked on the reno. Their work is incredible and they were very respectful of us and our home. Any problems that come up are fixed right away. The whole experience was a joy. Any future renovation we will be choosing Vulcan.
