"Today, I had a wonderful experience at Shoppers. There was a lady with long black hair and ear piercings who treated me with such kindness and care, almost like I was her own. She suggested so many great products and made me feel really valued as a customer. I forgot to ask her name, which is my bad, but her amazing customer service truly stood out. I will definitely be coming back soon because of her exceptional help!"

This Shoppers Drug Mart is as reliable and available as the others. The floor plan is slightly different as the footprint is narrow and long instead of the regular wide and shallow setup. There are long isles in this one but stocked equally with familiar products. The staff on shift at night (after 8 PM) was friendly on late February.

Phones dont seem to work. 30 min + on hold. Gave up after 45 min. Nobody answered the phone. 10 am on a friday. Not a good look. I wont be returning. Meds often out of stock. And before the contemptuous "thanks for the feedback" dont bother shoppers, you dont listen to it and never do anything to improve these stores.
