  The worst pharmacist I have ever encountered — Micheal. I visited this location for a vaccine appointment. I received my first dose here and my second dose at another location. When we told the pharmacist, a Chinese man named Micheal, that we were here for the third dose, his immediate response was, “You don’t have any information here. Are you sure you got it here?” We answered that the first dose had absolutely been done at this location, yet he repeated, “No, there’s no information here. Are you sure you got it here?” in a confrontational tone, as if we were making the story up. We explained again that the first dose had been done here and the second dose elsewhere. Micheal then said, “Your information was transferred somewhere else, so you need to call them yourself and move it back here.” That response was unacceptable. When we received the second dose at another pharmacy, their staff handled the transfer themselves without creating any issue. Because of that, Micheal’s attitude came across as either unwillingness to do his job properly or discriminatory behavior. Either way, it was deeply unprofessional. What made the interaction even worse was what he said afterward: “We’re too busy, so we can’t do your vaccine.” If being busy was the actual issue, then that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of repeatedly questioning us like suspects. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile for absolutely no reason. Not once did he apologize for the confusion, his tone, or the way he spoke to us. Instead, he appeared irritated the entire time and acted as though his behavior was completely reasonable. It is honestly shocking that someone working in healthcare — especially in direct contact with patients — would speak to people with that level of arrogance and disrespect. Out of every experience I have had in Canada, Micheal was by far the rudest, most unpleasant, and most shameless person I have encountered. He did not behave like someone interested in helping people. He behaved like someone who believed his own bad attitude was acceptable as long as he was in a position of authority. (, we were the only two customers in the pharmacy at the time.) I will never return to this location again. The worst pharmacist I have ever encountered — Micheal.

  I just want to say that Lakeview Shoppers is a great place. I was served by Mirna today and she is so polite and gave me great service.thanks again.
