This review is not specifically about my local shoppers it is about shoppers drug Mart in general, their online prescription service and how horrible their system is. A number of times a year, the system suddenly "forgets" who I am and although it will let me log in, all my account data is missing and it indicates I have no prescriptions and when I try and call customer service none of the options I press get me through to anybody, but cycle me back through to the main message telling me to press one or more options which results in the same issue, no help. When I call my store for help they are unable to even provide me with a customer service line for shoppers drug mart. I'm seriously thinking of switching my prescriptions to Costco. Beware.

Had an amazing experience with Lisa today at the Beauty boutique going above and beyond to help me get my redemption purchase fulfilled on line after being disappointed to see several items I was looking for had sold out. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. I always find the Beauty Boutique staff to be incredible at this location. Thank you Lisa for taking care of me today!
