The past two times I have gone in to the pharmacy I had not so great interactions. The male Pharmacist that was working on the evening of January 30th 2026 was extremely rude and hateful . The female that was working with him I had interacted with before I went on vacation in December because they never got my script filled with a full weeks notice and then tried to tell me that my drug plans (both my plans) would not cover my meds and that they were too early . This is all because of their incompetence to calculate 30 days . My previous fill of my medication was on the 28th of November which should have taken me to the 28th of December however they were telling me that I was not eligible to have my blood pressure medication filled until the 7th of January . So I asked the question , what am I supposed to do then? Go a week without my blood pressure meds ? It’s not like a narcotic or something. The answer was to come back in January . Now is that how you treat your clients ? I sure hope not because I will make this public . I ended up paying out of pocket for my meds so that I would not be without in a life or death situation . Upon consulting with my physician upon my return it was noted to be in my best interest to switch pharmacies to avoid these issues. On Friday January 30th I received an email from my drug plans (both of them) that my plan had been billed for a medication I am no longer taking from two days prior . I switched Pharmacies in early January as I told these guys I was no longer going to be dealing with them . So I went in on Friday evening to find out about this so called medication that I was no longer on was ready for pick up considering it was billed to both plans two days prior . The pharmacist said there was nothing there and that they just billed the plan and the meds were not ready yet . So you billed both my plans but didn’t actually fill my meds . I have already voiced my opinion that I will be contacting my plan to notify them of these fraudulent billings. The male pharmacist told me not to be so ridiculous and that they would process a refund to the drug plans. I am giving it till Tuesday Feb 3rd 2026 to see if the refund has been done and if I don’t see a reversal , I will be notifying both my plans , going to head office about this as well as going public . This is completely wrong and should never be happening to anyone . Please beware if you stop dealing with a pharmacy in case this happens to you . These guys have one of the highest fill fees out of all pharmacies and kept telling me my drug plans would not cover my meds but it was because they were trying to fill more than they were supposed to be filling at once . Also if you are being prescribed a prescription for the first time , even if your plan covers 3 months they might not cover more than a 30 day supply the first time to avoid waste .
