  Horrible horrible service. Many times have called been told they’re ready and stood in line for half hour only to find out they weren’t ready, or that I don’t even have refills, also as someone who goes every single week, every single week there’s an issue. I call on my pickup day, ask to refill, they give me a time (thank god I’m not employed) I show up, they need more time, or don’t give them all to me which I assume would be the best practice, as my prescriptions say to issue them all Together, for years. I go home, find out what’s missing, it’s already too late in the day to go back or take the medications I need in the morning. (Tonight I found out at 9:51 and was told to come back tomorrow, even though i live around the corner) There needs to be an automatic refill for people who depend on prescriptions security.,,; in order to be relied upon personally. Have had to spell out my pharmaceuticals for them, brand names they’re unfamiliar with. Will be switching after I go get my meds in the morning I was supposed to have this morning, which has happened too many times for me to give them more of my energy and time. which will mess up my pickup dates. (Now have to go 2x a week, yay) Haven’t even mentioned my thyroid medication as the same 3 prescriptions a week seem to be too much to wrap our heads around, been waiting for them to get the first part right before I ask for refills for my physical health concerns. Thank god I’m not diabetic. (Diabetics go elsewhere, seriously!!!!)

  Pharmacist JUNE: Thank You So Much for treating me like a human being! It's truly a great feeling, of not being judged or made to feel small.   The two women working in pharmacy lack basic understanding on how to implement insurance. They lack customer service skills and basic communication. Please do better and hire educated professionals to work in the pharmacy
