Check the amount of pills in your prescription before you leave. They were short and said they had to look at the cameras insinuating that there was abuse or lying. Well upon review of the cameras they are not clear enough to even see what takes place. Not acceptable given it being a pharmacy and the possibility of staff abusing customers by not fully giving the mount to customers. Not just the inconvenience of having to go back but then to be treated poorly and like an addict or something is just ridiculous!

I am changing my prescriptions over to another pharmacy. Every time I get a prescription from this pharmacy it is never the same day and if it is they tell me to come back 6-8 hours later. Also there is never any urgency from the 6-8 people behind the counter to actually acknowledge anybody standing in line. The line up could literally be 6-7 people in que and winding down the aisle and it's like they are all just in their own world not even acknowledging that I dunno PEOPLE MIGHT WANT TO DROP OFF AND PICK UP THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS?!?!?! every.single.time I go to this pharmacy that happens so im done!!

Today I visited Shoppers Drug Mart and received excellent service from Nicky. She was very professional, friendly, and helped me a lot with my situation, all with a genuine smile.
