Jennah was the cashier today, she was really rude to me . Didn’t reply to my greeting and acted so rude while she was kind to other customers after me .

Booked an appointment for a vaccine. Filled out my information online. Show up on time, wait in line, asked to fill out the same information again on a blank form, and then I had to wait for them to be ready. I ended up getting my vaccine 22 minutes after my appointment time even though there are no other patients here for vaccines or consultations. What’s the point of booking online if you’re still treated as a walk-in? The pharmacy staff were friendly and professional as always, so I think the booking system itself is broken. Shoppers, please get it together!
