NEVER GO TO THIS SHOPPERS! I thought I was the only one who had a shitty experience with the security guard... but it checks out that many others in these reviews also have to. The last two times I"ve visited this Shoppers location, this tall black security guard literally followed me around the entire time. I felt SO uncomfortable, like I was going to commit theft or something. I gave him the dirtiest look too because as soon as I stepped in the doors, and to the male up aisle he followed me. I dont know if hes racist or just trying to do a REALLY GOOD JOB.... but this isnt the way to go about it. You just lost another customer.

I had a very pleasant experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in finding what I needed. I especially appreciated their professionalism and excellent customer service. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, and I will definitely continue to shop at Shoppers Drug Mart in the future. Highly recommended

Laila was THEE BEST! She helped me find the exact perfume I was looking for, sprayed testers to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She made sure I was informed about the bonus points. So helpful!!! And it wasn’t just with me that She was showing a most pleasant customer service side too. Even when somebody had sneezed entering the store, she acknowledged and said “bless you”. Even when people weren’t smiling back at her, she definitely was smiling and greeting each and every person that came through the door. Its really hard finding excellent customer service, but she’s got it! A total HI5 to Laila!! (Even though I set the alarm off walking out with my perfume😂🤣)
