  I want to thank Shahd, Manager of beauty dept, for providing a wonderful customer service. She gave me good advice on the makeup products. I liked the makeup, but the best part, I felt comfortable while she applied the makeup up on me. She’s very friendly & easy to talk to. So happy I came to this store. I’ll definitely be back again.

  Pharmacist lacks professionalism and a duty to help patients. Also, even though I have full benefits she somehow justified charging me $16 for a refill on a medication that I need everyday, for life. She did not go out of her way to provide any sort of help, was very rude, and suggested I go without this medication even though my prescriber stated that I need it daily. I regret switching to this pharmacy even though it is closer to my house. I feel bad for people who aren’t able to advocate for themselves dealing with someone like her in a place of power.

  About four weeks ago, I visited this store with my friend (I’m 13 and she’s 14). While we were simply looking around, a staff member came up to us and very rudely told us to “shut up.” Even though we weren’t being loud, we still apologized politely. Later that same day, we came back to the store. In one of the aisles, I saw a water teeth-cleaner device on display. Since mine recently broke at home, I pressed the ON button while it was still in the stand just to see how it worked, (no water in it). I never picked it up or put it anywhere near my mouth. That same employee approached me again and accused me of “putting it in my mouth,” which was completely untrue. I calmly explained that I only pressed the button, but she refused to listen. She then told me to leave the store and not come back. Even though this happened a few weeks ago, the way I was treated was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was polite the entire time, and being falsely accused and spoken to like that was completely unnecessary. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer—especially a young one—should be treated this way.
