Id ABSOLUTELY LOVE to talk to the manager of this store. The lady behind the prescription counter, sees what it's for and her attitude completely changes, like Im a second class citizen for having a problem.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences at this pharmacy. Saying it will be ready in 20 minutes to waiting up to 2 hours. Today I went in for a prescription, and it was 60 bucks and I asked if that was with my benefits? They claimed I didn’t have any benefits, when I gave them my card they said it didn’t have drug benefits, then I show them the drug they are prescribing with the DIN is in fact covered. I’ve been paying full price all year for every prescription and they never once told me my benefits weren’t on file. I’ve given my card multiple times After arguing about my coverage. They call another shoppers I’ve used. Gets my benefits number and it works. Imagine that. Same card, same plan. But two minutes ago you said I wasn’t, and then tell me it’s a third party drug plan through sunlife (that’s back end I gave you sunlife my card which holds my benefits) So then I ask about them charging me full price all year with no benefits. She tells me if I kept my receipts I can claim them… you didn’t even offer me a print out of my receipts. Not once did you guys bring up my benefits not covering anything, even though I’ve given you my card. This is after other horrible experiences with this pharmacy. Just ridiculous and insane.
