It has been very frustrating having to go back and forth to this Shoppers DrugMart Pharmacy in Streetsville, as all of my prescriptions are all in this location. There have been numerous occasions when I have had to make multiple trips because prescriptions were incomplete, unavailable, or not ready as expected. I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that unexpected situations arise, but repeatedly asking patients to return multiple times is both inconvenient and disruptive. Our time is valuable as well. What has been even more disappointing is the lack of customer care and professionalism I have experienced during several visits. What concerns me most is the customer service. During my last visit, I was ready to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere because of how I was treated. A pharmacist convinced me to stay and assured me that things would improve. Unfortunately, my experience today was no different. I was told there would be a 45-minute wait, which I completely understand. However, the pharmacist’s tone was rude and dismissive, both when speaking to me and while explaining my medication. As a result, I have decided to transfer all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. There is an independent pharmacy in Village Square not far from this location, and I would rather support a business that values its patients and treats them with kindness, courtesy, and respect. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving both customer service and patient relations. No patient should leave a healthcare setting feeling dismissed or disrespected.

Excellent customer service at this location. Great service, friendly staff. Special thank you to Leslie, who helped me today to choose the right cosmetics. She is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Its unfortunate to have to put another negative review however its clear that these deceptive practices continue. To make matters WORSE the treatment and NEGATIVE attitude of staff (in particular "Pulkit") only make matters that much worse. Its clear that training in proper client service is not important at this location and that this staff member is not happy with his role and is often bothered when having to deal with customers. This is not a good fit with the Shoppers brand. I hope the owner of this location reviews the feedback from its customers very soon!
