I am travelling in Vancouver and my Freestyle sensor fell off. I purchased one but forgot to get an official receipt for my insurance and when I went back the staff (Marco and the phatmacy assistant whose name i didn't get) quickly got me set up with one, no hassle. My brother was also looking for something over the counter and the pharmacist and front store were super helpful and showed us exactly what to look for. Thank you to everyone!

I went into the beauty section today to find a certain product, after taking a quick look myself I asked the lady who was working there an Asian lady with about spiky hair (I see there are other reviews here) she very rudely for no reason replied no we don’t have that here. Fair enough, so I began looking at some other products, once which the lid was on crooked, I was planning on buying it- but she yelled over “You can’t open that, now you have to buy it” so loudly.. I didn’t even bother explaining there was no seal and it was clearly opened before so I paid for it and left.

I had a great experience with Sunny at the pharmacy. She was very helpful with my prescription and took the time to help process my insurance so I could pay less. She genuinely cared and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this pharmacy to others.
