  The Shoppers Pharmacy at Gorge and Tillicum have what they call a 'mark up' in pharmacy fees. Take your prescriptions somewhere else. I have done this with my prescriptions and pay significantly less. The staff were unhelpful when I confronted about the charges. The convenience is not worth it.

  I dropped my prescription off Tuesday at the gorge plaza location as to give the staff working there lots of time to prepare it . I went back Thursday noon to pick it up they couldn't find me in the system. I have been getting my prescriptions from that shoppers drug Mart since the early 70s . When they located me in the system it took another 45 minutes to fill the order . It was one thing on the prescription and it was already in it's container , so no need to mix anything. They weren't busy . The quality of service has gone down hill . Guess I will have to find a different place to do business. After 55 years of service.

  2 Stars Specifically for the Post Office Employee either named Shelly/Kelly. Other workers have been fine and great here in other departments, and I dont mind this location at all otherwise, since it is my local one I go, especially when picking up mail. But Shelly/Kelly (the leaner elderly woman with glasses, short hair, and a bad attitude) probably Kelly. I have been to this post office quite a fair bit over the past 2+ years or so and have tried to interact with her many times in many different ways to truly see if she was just having a bad day. But I think everyday is a bad day for her. She is condescending, laughs and shakes her head when you dont know every piece of information about the in and outs of mail, DOES NOT SMILE ( does smile only when she thinks you're stupid of course ), tells you rudely how you should do things, is NOT friendly, does not have manners, and when she is there, has made my post office visit not fun at all EVERYTIME. I'm actually surprised she is still there, I really hope she isn't in the future because she literally makes you feel like you are the most incompetent human being to ever exist, OVER MAIL. If she seems like a chill person to you, you might also be the same kind of person or oblivious, or perhaps actually caught her on the 1 out of 365 days she actually had a good day. Lucky you. I never write reviews and don't really let people get under my skin, and can usually go about my day, but this is my local post office where I do send and need to go get mail sent to me, and every time I pull into the parking lot I pray she is not there (not kidding), and when I see her at a distance, I immediately feel my nervous system go into "oh great, here we go again" mode. Like that one family member you see at Christmas who is most likely going to ruin everything. Also humans think funny and will associate that with the rest of your store even if its only the one department, one bad experience in one place can overall effect the entirety of the perception of the whole store, making it overall bad to the general population who can't separate those bad experiences = bad reputation and losing customers . Just a thought.
