Joy is an amazing clerk. I went in to return an item but had forgotten my receipt. Instead of turning me away, she went out of her way to look up the purchase in the system and matched it with my card to verify it was mine. Thanks to her extra effort and excellent customer service, I didn’t have to drive all the way back home to get the receipt. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Exceptional service!!

I’m here quite often as I live nearby and overall usually have a pretty good experience. The security guards can be sort of touch and go with how they seem to target people of color. I’m a white person and I’ve noticed so you know it can be bad at times. The actual staff are always great. Store is clean and decent selection. Although you must know that you should probably only buy on sale items as they always make prices up higher than their sister store Superstore.

After more than 10 years we’ve chosen to take our pharmacy business elsewhere. The quality of customer service and care has steadily gone downhill over those 10 years. Now they routinely take longer than stated to prepare a prescription, they often have issues billing insurance and they are often rude, dismissive or will outright ignore you. If you have the ability to go to any other pharmacy I would strongly recommend moving on.
