The worst pharmacy service I have ever received from a Shopper’s Drug Mart. The owner was rude, condescending and appeared to have little to knowledge about my prescription or, just didn’t care. Make the trip to SHOPPERS AT UNCITY, the pharmacy staff are respectfully to their clients and will go out of their way to assist you. This store should be reported to the the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba Council!

I like to joke that this Shoppers' location is like my "Cheers"; where everybody knows my name! I have several chronic heath conditions that require ongoing medication, so am there all the time, and the staff always gives a friendly greeting. Refills are always prompt, especially with the very handy online refill system via the app. The staff are friendly and willing to answer my questions, and I really appreciate that the pharmacist will take the time to go over any new medications and "red flag" potential interactions.(Some will say all pharmacists are required to do that, and they are, but it's all in how they do it. I have found this Shoppers' to be more thorough and willing to take the time to ensure you understand everything and to listen to any questions that you may have than other pharmacies. You can also see a pharmacist fairly quickly.). My medications are filled promptly when sent by my doctor, and I've never had an issue with my insurance going through. My family typically gets our yearly flu/covid vaccines here and the staff is wonderful with my daughter, who is autistic and sensory sensitive. I can't say enough good things about this location.
