  This is my first time experiencing this and I was so disappointed with my experience with the pharmacist Tamer Mahmoud. I was disappointed with the way I was treated and how he responded to my questions. I found him very rude and he definitely lacks professionalism. I believe this matter should be reviewed to help ensure better service and communication with patients in the future. Some of the staff are horrible.

  Scanned an item twice by mistake at self-checkout, and moved to the next one, was in a rush. A female employee with blonde/ purple toned hair behind the till chose to yell across the area in a rude tone while helping a customer. So unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Not the first review made about this girl being rude.

  I went shopping to pick up a few items near the beauty counter. While reading the product description on a box, I apparently wandered too far from the desk. Suddenly, a security guard hurried after me, and I heard over the intercom that security was being instructed to activate all cameras. The store manager was working behind the beauty counter, and even though they confiscated the items I was considering buying, I had other things in my basket. She kept pressuring me to check out at her counter. As I moved down each aisle, I noticed the security guard at the end of every row following me. I've never stolen anything in my life, and this situation felt deeply insulting. I approached the guard and asked if he was following me; he denied it. Then I asked the manager what was happening and why I was being watched. She noticed I was visibly upset and hurried me along, citing other customers entering the area. Her attitude was unhelpful, and she claimed the cameras were turned on because of someone else, suggesting I saw a group of girls stealing brushes. She couldn’t leave quickly enough and was somewhat rude. Frustrated, I abandoned my cart and walked out of the store.
