Male Pharmacist at this location was too loud, breaking confidentiality. This was a disruption for Mom who is a senior. I was with my Mom when she was being consulted by the pharmacist. Big problem for me is that I have been trying to have her switch from her current Shoppers Pharmacy to this, but I more convenient location. Well, unfortunately this won't be happening now.

Amateur prescription filler was too daft to look up my account (after already seeing the two other medications) and pretty much forced me to blurt out personal information about my medicine in front of other people. Then the rest of the staff has the audacity to look at ME a certain way after I call them out about their lack of professionalism.
