Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about tbeir products and where to find them which is always a welcome bonus. Even the security guards know a thing or two about hair products and where I could find water based sterile wipes for pets lol. Now if a security guard can tell you where to locate something as specific as that in their store, then that tells you all you need to know about this particular location...and as an Indigenous person, it holds even more value for me while shopping here!!!

My sister in law and I recently visited Shoppers Drug Mart on Keewatin and had a very upsetting experience. The staff closely followed and watched us as if we were doing something wrong, which made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Additionally, the staff were rude and showed a lack of basic customer service. We did not feel respected or welcomed at all. I strongly recommend that management address this issue and ensure staff treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

My sister and I visited Shoppers Drug Mart on Keewatin recently, and we had a very uncomfortable experience. The staff made us feel like we were being watched closely, as if they thought we were doing something wrong. They kept walking around us and observing us, which made us feel embarrassed and uneasy. We have visited many stores before, but this was our first experience like this, and it was very disappointing. We believe customers should be treated with respect and trust. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope you can address this issue so that other customers do not feel the same way in the future. Thank you.
