Purchasing from this Sleep Country location was a great decision. I desperately needed to get a new pillow and I couldn’t have done it without Govind’s help. He suggested I find a mattress similar to mine and then he brought me pillows, one at a time, to try. I could tell his goal was to sell me the RIGHT pillow, not the most expensive one. When I settled on the type I wanted and paid for it, someone even brought them (I bought 2) out to my car for me. A totally positive experience from beginning to end!

Was referred to this store by a friend that recommended me to Tracy the Manager and Kelly. They were absolutely amazing. Having a disability with major back problems and sleep issues they made it so helpful and easy. Tracy’s product knowledge for my needs and care were so professional and thorough. She was great with my budget and delivery info was so easy and simple. She also helped me out with a warranty issue that NOBODY at 3 other stores could fix or help me with. I will definitely be back for my other mattresses and recommending my family and friends. One of the best services I’ve had in years.

We have been so pleased with all our interactions with Sleep Country on PLAINS ROAD, Burlington over the past 5 years. We recently looked at mattresses with RAE. My husband needed a new one. But then we wanted to think about our choices for a bit. Having done so, today we were helped by KELLY. We think we chose well, but if he doesn't like it, it can be exchanged within 100 days. Of course, it wud need to be stain-free in order to do that. Both of these 2 women are remarkable. Professional, knowledgeable, VERY patient, helpful, and pleasant. Both offered very good practical tips. True old fashioned customer service is so appreciated! As well, we received a good deal on the D mattress, platform, headboard, and mattress cover. For $99, the delivery people will set it all up, and take away the old Q mattress and box springs. Beats us buying plastic covers, carrying the heavy old mattress and box springs to the curb, and trying to fit the covers on! Thanks Kelly! Thanks Rae! Helen and Ed K.
