The shopping experience itself was not that great. We weren’t greeted or asked if we needed help. We had to look for a staff member for assistance. A few years later there was sagging in the mattress, enough to cause back and neck pain. We went to the Langley location looking for a new mattress where the staff were extremely helpful and asked us how old our current mattress was. Uppn telling them they suggested we submit a warranty claim as it was well within the warranty period. Our warranty claim was denied even though that amount of sagging felt like a defect. That was disappointing. We will be shopping for a new mattress elsewhere.

I've been a long time customer of Sleep Country, and my husband and I have purchased beds, bedding, and pillows there over the years. Most recently, we bought two pillows at the Cloverdale Sleep Country location based on a recommendation from the sales staff. While my pillow has been perfect, unfortunately my husband's didn't work out. After just a few nights, he was still uncomfortable and experiencing neck pain. Since the receipt indicated that used items are non refundable and the pillow was quite expensive. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I decided to visit the Kingsway location to see if anything could be done. There, I met Sam, who was incredibly understanding and kind. Even though there was no manager in the store at the time, he took the time to listen to my concerns and showed genuine empathy for my husband's situation. He went the extra mile by contacting another manager to request approval for a return, which was greatly appreciated. He then helped arrange a replacement pillow similar to the one that worked for me. Sam made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy and positive. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out, and i's the kind of customer service that keeps us coming back. Thank you again!
