Do Not Buy Bloom Bed Frame! We bought the bloom king size mattress and bed frame for $1400 all in 1 year and 4 months ago, the bed frame completely collapsed this morning while we were sleeping. The middle beam gave out and the slats completely collapsed to the floor. We never jumped or did anything unusual besides sleeping. The mattress is still good, but the frame is garbage. I called the store and asked what they could offer, they offered the same crappy frame, new for 5% off. Are you serious?

Not going to lie, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I enjoy mattress shopping. Yesterday was my first time ever seeking out a new mattress so we visited the 17th Avenue Sleep Country. We went in to scout out any deals for Boxing Day. Jayden was working their and acted more as a host than a sales representative. As this was my first time shopping for a mattress, I asked lots of questions about the differences between each model, the technologies, the warranties, price, discount/deals, even just general questions about what it's like to sell mattresses. Jayden answered every question with ease and it just felt like a fun ans entertaining conversation. After trying out everything in the store, we comfortably made a decision and put down a deposit to pick up our new mattress in the new year. I left the store feeling really good about the decision (something I don't take lightly). Great service and overall experience buying my first new mattress!

This was my second experience at this Sleep Country location, repeat customer based on the excellent customer service. Jayden was knowledgeable, helpful and not your typical “pushy” salesperson. Highly recommend shopping in store and at this particular 17th Ave location!
