I had a very frustrating experience with Sleep Country. I want to start by saying that the customer service in-store was actually good the staff were helpful and accommodating when I made my purchase. However everything went downhill once an issue came up. I ordered everything as a complete set from the store but my delivery date was suddenly moved without proper notice. When the delivery day came, the situation got even worse. The delivery person claimed their app was “glitching,” but in reality, my order was never even dropped off. There was no way to track the delivery or contact the driver directly, which made things extremely stressful. I had no choice but to call the store again to figure out what was going on. Understandably, anyone in this situation would feel upset and frustrated especially when you’re waiting on something important. Unfortunately, the way this was handled made things even worse. The customer service over the phone was very disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they handled the situation poorly and even dropped my call without any explanation. Overall, while the in-store experience was good, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of the issue afterward made this a very negative experience.

Trent at the WEM location was great to deal with. Helped me with exchanging under the Sleep Country guarantee, and got me set up with what I needed. Great customer service.

I felt that I got a very good deal on my bed. The sales people were great, very informative and highly motivated to make sure everything was done to make the delivery as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, the delivery service (not under the Sleep Country name) was awful, they broke my bed, and I had bought the floor model of a discontinued mattress. Sleep Country replaced it with the very newest model of the same bed, at no extra cost to me. Customer service at Sleep Country was amazing, and I thank them very much for their excellent service.
