Preshant was a great help to us. He educated us on the different types of mattresses, bed frames, sheets and pillows and was very patient with us. I would recommend you try the 18th Street Sleep Country Canada location if you are shopping for a new mattress.

Went to this store for their pillow buy one get one free promo. The sales representative “Prashad” or “Peshad” was very rude and unprofessional. The moment I entered he was just sitting down and didnt even bother asked what can he help me with. I asked the difference between the pillows knowing they have the knowledge and information about it and all he said is one is soft and one is hard. He even tossed the pillows on the bed like he didnt care if you would buy or not. When I asked for the manager so I can make a complain, he claims that he is the store manager (Sleep Country called me and said he is not). After all the huff and puff; when I already made the purchase he even threatened that he will find out where I work to also make a report. What kind of sales representative that does not want to help a potential buyer?

Purchased a mattress today from Randeep. She was fantastic! Knowledgeable, accommodating, just a pleasure to deal with. We have purchased 4 beds from this location and never had any issues whatsoever.
