Salesman Aron was great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. However the delivery was a disaster! I do not think these people were Sleep Country staff I think they use sub trades for deliveries. The 2 people that came were very rough with the boxes and in a big hurry. Plus they didn't even have a dolly and these pieces are very heavy especially the powered mattress bases. I had to give them my dolly to use. We live in a fairly new Luxury Condominium with a large foyer, wide hallways, 9-10 foot ceilings. They rammed the pieces in the elevator and when we arrived at our floor they just basically threw things around. I told them to slow down and be careful. As soon as I said that they smashed a glass lens on a hallway light fixture. They were suppose to come into my suite and set up our bed but after this I told them to get out. I'm sure they would have damaged something. They left and my wife and I, 66 & 72 years old, packed all the pieces into our suite and unpacked them and began putting things together. We just got the bed frame done and we received a call from the drivers supervisor. She said they would send 2 more fellows later that evening to finish the job which was good because I don't think my wife and I could have handled the powered bases set up. These guys were better and set the remaining items up for us but showed us nothing about what the remotes do. They pushed the up and down buttons and said ok they work and they left. I thought there would be a manual for the remotes but there was none and, believe or not, none on line! So after a couple days we taught ourselves. The driver that broke the lens said he would pay for it and gave me a fictious phone number but Sleep Countries customer service contacted me and they took care of it the replacement cost of the lens but I thought, maybe as a courtesy , they would offer me a bit of a refund as we paid $99.00 for the delivery and set up and we did 1/2 the work. But no never happened. I think the second set of guys they sent may have worked for Sleep Country as they wore company jackets and drove a Sleep Country truck. The first ones had an unmarked truck.

I purchased an Endy mattress through Sleep Country after being assured it would be soft and suitable for our seasonal trailer at Pine Lake, Alberta. Unfortunately, the mattress is extremely firm and has caused significant back pain for both my husband and me. When I reached out for assistance, Endy directed me back to Sleep Country because the mattress was purchased through them. I also discovered that my email address had not been entered correctly at the time of purchase, creating additional frustration. What disappointed me most was the lack of support. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, I felt I was being pushed toward purchasing a more expensive mattress. I was also told that I would need to return the mattress myself, despite it being a full-size mattress located in our seasonal trailer. A customer service manager even suggested towing our trailer back to Parkland County to deal with the issue. This would cost thousands of dollars and could put us in breach of our seasonal site agreement. That is simply not a reasonable solution. I expected better customer service and a more practical resolution from a company that knew from the beginning that this mattress was being purchased for a trailer. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

If you need anything bed or bedding related, I highly recommend asking for Chris. Despite being run off his feet with multiple customers, he still took the time to educate me about mattress features and specs. Pointing out the differences between foam and hybrid mattresses, as well as explaining the importance of coil count in hybrid ones. He didn't try to push anything, just provided options and information. Chris is very knowledgeable about all of the bed and bedding related items sold in the store and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. I was so pleased with my interaction with him that I came back later with a family member who also ended up purchasing a bed from him. Thank-you Chris!
