We were having a new house built and needed a new mattress and bed room furniture. When we went to the Winona Crossing store to check out what was available we were pleasantly surprised. The service from the store representatives was helpful and no rush or pressure to purchase. Was genuinely interested in our needs and budget. We went to other bedding stores to see what they had to offer but never received the service we received from Winona Crossing. Because of this experience we returned and purchased our bedroom suite and mattress. The delivery and set up was excellent and the delivery employees were very personal and respectful of our new home. The customer service was excellent and so is the Bed. We were so pleased with the experience we returned to purchase bedding and pillows. Another great experience and I highly recommend this store and company.

Doug was awesome, he was super helpful and informative. He honoured the price he gave us so we just had to come back and give him the sale. We could have boughten another mattress from another competitor but Dougs personality definetly sold us.
