My mother and I are both disabled and dealing with the aftermath of a huge flood that filled both of our bedrooms and much of the rest of our house with sewage and this sleep country's sales team has been incredibly kind and helpful finding us options that are great quality that we can actually afford while still being able to get groceries and pay bills on time 11/10 service I 100% recommend this store to anyone in need of a new mattress or bed frame especially from this location

My husband and I visited the North Van store today, and Rosanna truly went above and beyond to help us get set up. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, and had a great understanding of all the different products. The entire experience felt seamless and left us leaving the store feeling genuinely excited. Big shoutout to Rosanna -- she absolutely nailed it.
