I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sleep Country and will not be purchasing from them again. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and my family has purchased multiple beds from Sleep Country during that time. When we bought our current bed frame at this location, the salesperson assured us it was a high-quality product and even told us he “usually never sees customers again unless they need another good bed.” Based on that assurance—and because we trusted the Sleep Country brand—we paid extra to buy through them and also paid extra for professional assembly. Just 1 year and 3 months later, the bed frame completely collapsed and is now unusable. Customer service was of no help. We even returned back to this location, hoping they would help resolve the issue. Instead, we were told that everything has to go through customer service and that the store could not assist us in any way. Customer service continued to refuse to take responsibility and hid behind the manufacturer’s one-year warranty—despite the fact that Sleep Country assembled the frame themselves and it was just a few months outside the warranty. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve now purchased a replacement frame online, for significantly less money, with a five-year warranty. If you’re paying a premium expecting quality service look elsewhere. I trusted Sleep Country for over two decades and paid more because of that trust. This experience has completely changed my view of the company.

Mattress is 2.5 years old with a 10 year warranty. Customer service is terrible! After submitting many photos as requested, they are still asking for more. I have dismantled our bed four times to get photos. It isn't easy for a 70 year old person! After many frustrations, Sleep Country authorities my warranty claim.

I knew what I wanted and the staff member was quick and helpful. He double checked to make sure he was picking up the correct product. When I used the pillow I bought I didn't like it. Customer support was fantastic and I'm happy with the outcome.
