I would like to give a big shout out to Rae, I went into this Sleep Country with my girlfriend recently (kind of last minute), right before we were going to stop at Leon's for their "VIP sale" which we already had a deposit on a mattress. Within 15 minutes Rae had found us a bed very comparable to that of Leon's and at a very competitive price. No obnoxious sales pitch, no extra fluff, and no excuses, she was there to find you a good bed at a good price and was a blast to chat with. Ultimately, we went with the bed from Leons, my girlfriend and myself both agreed we felt it was the better mattress for our needs (We had put our opinions of the sales staff from all places aside). Leons put up a fight to the very end but eventually I chewed them down enough to come under our budget for a slightly higher quality mattress. Sleep Country = 15min in store, while Leons we spent almost 4 hours bashing our heads with the sales staff saying they couldn't do that or this blah blah blah... My girlfriend and myself wanted to make sure we gave some sort of recognition to Rae, she was everything in a salesperson/experience we were looking for when looking for mattresses. We had tried a total of 2 Sleep Country's (other one being in the north end, with a sales man named "Neil" who was our second favorite to deal with), Leons (Terrible sales people and I will never set foot in their store again if I can help it) and a couple liquidation outlets that didn't really have much to offer. Defiantly come to this Sleep Country if you want an easy experience at a great price! Thank you Rae!

I recently purchased an adjustable base and mattress from Sleep Country. I walked into the Unicity Store with a list of questions and was greeted by Rae who proceeded to answer all my queries and recommended a unit that she thought would be a good choice for me. I was invited to try out the unit and was very impressed. It didn't take long to make my decision. Rae was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The base and mattress were delivered today and set up by Andrew and Joe. They were both very considerate, respectful and caring and made sure that everything was to my liking. Their ETA service gave me a good idea when they would arrive so that I was prepared. I received exemplary customer service from Sleep Country and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company if you are considering making a purchase.
