The charm in their service sort of wears out after the purchase. Their delivery service is not good. Their delivery team are rude, ill-mannered and uncooperative . 2 stars because they sold me a bed . There are many stores that sells beds. Nothing sets them apart.

Buyer beware for online orders. Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Received an order conformation but nothing since. I've called customer service 5 times and get the same answer. Someone will call you back within 24 hours. Not once has anyone returned my call. They cannot tell me where my order is, or even provide a tracking number. I then asked to have my order cancelled and they told me to wait to receive it, and then return it at the store. How am I to return a product you won't send me? Please stay away as their customer service is horrendous.

We really liked the options for selection of mattess in all different budgets. Also some nice sheets and pillows. Staff was pleasant to deal with
