The product arrived dirty, with more than eight visible black stains on a white couch. I have proof that I only opened the package 11 days after delivery, yet the company refuses to offer any refund, return, or support. When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful. I even showed proof that I was instructed to assemble it — they outright denied it. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility and offered no solution besides leaving me with a stained, dirty couch. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

Every item we received had a defect. Manager tried to convince us the items are fine or we can fix them instead of replacing them. Still waiting on an item for over 4 months. This store needs better quality furniture. EDIT: Structube just replied that my issue was resolved. It was not. Never buy from this store.
