After a broken foot I needed a mobility scooter, having already purchased from tango before I called them desperately seeking to rent a scooter. The lady who answered told me the did not have any in stock being close to tears I asked her to check if they had any in the Saint John or Fredericton. She told me the did not but I had a feeling the she had not checked. I then proceeded to call the Saint John store and this amazing friendly lady told me they had lots. Thanks Tango in Saint John for caring for your costumers

🙁 Very disappointed that I can only go as high as a 5 stars , because Tango Medical staff needs more than a 5 star rating. These people are the best , first I will start with the receptionist, what a pleasant lady to talk to on the telephone, and in person customer service is the best , and to the other employees , who work there are fantastic, very helpful to my needs. I had seen Matt last year while he was doing a visit with other employees at a care home, I had promissed him when I was ready to get a new walker I would go to Tango Medical. And when it was time I called and made an appointment, got there and was very well treated. I couldn't of asked for better . I highly recommend this place . Thankyou to all of you . 🙂
