Cancelled my appointment and said they would issue me a refund, but still waiting on that refund weeks later. I've emailed and they just gave a vague response about escalating to management and haven't gotten back to me since. Not sure what's taking so long. I just want my money back!

Garbage service. Paid for a call with a nurse practitioner who never called. At least they gave me the referral to the specialist, though. The specialist appointment was cancelled at the last minute. Managed to get another one. The actual specialist was good, and he said he would send my new prescription back to the nurse practitioner (the one who didn't call me). I emailed support to ask how I would get my prescription - I assumed I could send it to my pharmacy online the way other online medical services allow. Their response: "Hello, This is to inform you that if you would like a prescription, you will need to book a follow-up appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. The payment link is provided below. Alternatively, you may share your family doctor’s information so we can forward your consultation notes to them. Thank you, Telemed MD/ MD Connected Support" I sent back my doctor's info, and I said the NP didn't call the first time. They forwarded my message to a specialists coordinator who sent me a BLANK email back with a form attached - one to transfer my medical records from my family doctor and it doesn't even say to whom. I have repeatedly try to call their support line and - surprise, surprise - no one answers no matter what option you choose. I have no idea what's going on or if I'll even get my prescription. No wonder they have 2.6 stars.

Maybe It was my lucky day but I was feeling a bronchitis after 1 week with a bad cold. I called and Jacob was really helpful. When I got to the clinic on Rideau Street in Downtown Ottawa, did not wait more than 45 minutes, met a nice doctor and he prescribed me with pumps and nose spray. Was very courteous .However, the pharmacist was trying too much to convince me to change pharmacist. I am satisfied with my pharmacist I have been with for 12years. Should not not have pressure me to change. No change of pharmacist was done. Would use the services of the clinic for another walk-in only.
