Visited Home Depot to purchase an item advertised in their flyer. When I went to order, they told me that I was mistaken about the price. I showed them they flyer and they went back and forth telling me it was my mistake. Eventually when I got the manager he admitted it was not correct. He said they will have to do something to rectify this. He got on the phone with who I assume was a more senior manager. He got off and told me he would give me ~$5 off (1 item) my order of nearly $1000 (100 items). Customer service was incredibly dissapointing. Not to mention this was obviously not a priority for the "senior manager" as they never returned my call in the afternoon as they said they would. IN RESPONSE: Since you cannot send private messages on google reviews... Your customer service desk has my number, feel free to give me a ring if you really want to resolve this. FOLLOW UP: They never called… the 1-800 line took care of me instead.

I had a really great experience at Home Depot thanks to two amazing employees. David went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed he’s a genuinely great guy with a ton of knowledge and made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell he really cares about helping customers. Also, Brian deserves a huge shoutout. Even though his shift was already finished, he still took the time to help me get a cut done without hesitation. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare. Both of them made my visit way better than expected. Huge thanks to David and Brian for the outstanding service!

I always have a great experience here! The last time we were there very kind, hard-working individual named Connor helped us put our vanity in the back of our car. As we were paying for it, he approached us asking if we needed help putting it in our vehicle. He was very helpful and patient. Thank you so much Connor!
