Placed a web order for express delivery. Their door dash driver item never showed up. Home depot online says call the store. The store doesn't answer the phone. Do not do business with this home depot store. Only headaches it seems Update: Finally got through head office to the store to get a refund. But guess what I paid approx 159$ and got a refund of 148$ talk about the nerve of home depot. Incompetence whatever you want to call it. Borderline theft. Will see what they say tomorrow

I rarely go to Home Depot, but I needed a very specific item for a home repair and I could not find it anywhere on the online website and other normal stores so I tried Home Depot and approached the worker and he helped me find it exactly in a couple of minutes. I am so grateful thank you so much! This was a good experience.

I visited the store a few weeks ago to buy a new washer/dryer, and Malek was super helpful and knowledgeable! He explained me the differences of the brands and helped me navigate all the options with clarity. I had many questions, and Malek was extremely patient and kind. If all your workers are like Malek, you are doing great!
